DESCRIPTION
Beautifully restored half of a countryhouse on the edge of Guzzano, a lovely hamlet of the Lucca area, at 5 km from the spa town Bagni di Lucca. Cesa al numero 3 is the largest of our holiday houses. It comprises three levels plus a basement, is about 140 m2 and can accomodate up to 6 persons. On the ground floor, a living room with a fireplace, a bright kitchen and a balcony provided with garden furniture, which offers stunning views over the wonderful surrounding nature. On the 1st floor there are two nicely furnished bedrooms each with original double beds. On the top floor we have a garret which comprises a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. In the basement there is another bathroom with shower and our pretty cellar with table for 8 people.
Outside, a large private garden completely fenced (1000 m2), an exclusive backyard, equipped with garden furniture, a wood-burning oven for delicious pizzas, roast chicken, etc. In our holiday house you will find as well: books, tourist brochures.
