DESCRIPTION
Carefully restored half of a countryhouse on the edge of Guzzano, a lovely hamlet of the Lucca area, at 5 km from the spa town Bagni di Lucca. Cesa al numero 4 comprises three levels, is about 105 m2 and can accommodate up to 6 persons. On the ground floor, a bright living room with fireplace, a small wc room under the stairs and a lovely kitchen with spectacular views on the surrounding hills and mountains. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with original beds. On the last floor we have a garret with original low doors (160 cm. high), which comprises two perfectly inhabitable rooms, i.e. a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower. At the house entrance there is a sunny farmyard with table and chairs and by crossing an dead-end alley you will find an exclusive garden (700 m2) equipped with garden furniture, which offers stunning views over the adjacent valley. Cesa al 4 is located on the edge of a tiny village of 100 hinabitants. A narrow road drivable with small cars crosses it. Cars can be parked within our property or in case of medium-large ones on the village main square at about 150 meters asphalted distance from our house, to be covered on foot.
